We want you to love your gear and feel the rhythm, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unworn Zumba Wear within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
